Originally from Mississippi, Dr. Hardy graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Mississippi State University. She earned her doctor of optometry at Arizona College of Optometry in Glendale, where she graduated with honors.

Dr. Hardy is a member of the Arizona and American Optometric Associations. She volunteers for local eye-screening clinics, including Special Olympics, the ACT Kids Fair, HopeFest for underprivileged Phoenix area families, as well as StandDown, which supports veterans.

One of her proudest achievements was participating in an international optometric mission to Grenada in the West Indies. With the help of the Rotary Club and VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity), she and the medical team performed more than 1,500 eye exams and distributed over 1,000 pairs during a four-day mission.

Dr. Hardy currently resides in the Phoenix area with her husband, young son, and beloved dog. She loves sports and still enjoys cheering on her alma mater’s Bulldogs.
